Hi Everybody,
Your hair speaks you; People don't do enough to keep their hair healthy. Many people get up in the morning, jump in a shower. Then they get out of the shower and spray all kinds of gel and harsh chemicals in their hair. With the harsh chemicals, hair dryers and curlers we use in our hair, the hair nutrients get sapped from us, here are the most effective tips that can help you to strengthen your hair and having attractive look.
The most effective solution is to use a protein-based mask once a week for a month, and then take a hiatus before treating your hair again.
Just make this a routine, like you take your vitamins every day, brush your teeth everyday, and you eat 3 meals a day, take care of your hair everyday!
Use warm water to shampoo, and cool water to rinse your conditioner out, because warm water and shampoo open the cuticle of your hair and clean it out. Washing the hair regularly helps to open the pores of your hair. When the pores are blocked, they tend to make the hair not grow and make the grown ones weak.
NEVER use a brush, as it will create too much tension on your hair and snap it off, also do not comb dry hair have it soaking wet or at least damp and try using a wide tooth comb.
Chemical processes like perming and coloring will also damage the hair. If you use these processes, be extra careful and use moisturizing treatments on a regular basis.
Finally, sleep with a satin scarf or pillowcase to protect your hair from breakage.

| Thank you very much for your information. I always use cool water while using shampoo for my hair. I will change the procedure. |

Sleep with a satin scarf or pillowcase to protect your hair from breakage. If you're trying to tame natural curls, note that a buildup of anti-frizz products containing silica can also cause hair to snap. Instead, try a moisturizing leave-in conditioner to reduce frizzes and avoid breakage. |

Hi Sleepingbeauty...
Thanks for the nice information on strengthening hair. I think you are a beautician. Can you let me know what kind of face masks do you recommend? |

| Use shampoos that are suited to your type of hair, for instance oily or normal. Avoid cheap shampoos that contain harsh chemicals that could damage your hair and scalp and be harmful to the body. It is better to purchase quality products made from organic, natural ingredients. This way you will also contribute to saving the environment and the planet. Some great organic hair shampoo products made from herbs or fresh smelling fruity ingredients work the best for reducing dandruff. Also, pick mild non-medicated shampoos. |

5 secrets to beautiful hair:
1) Massage Your Scalp
Hair loss can be treated by massaging the scalp a couple of minutes daily, doing this will stimulate the flow of blood to the hair follicles. If you can afford it, you can get an electric massager in the market, there are several brands of massagers to choose from.
2) Maintain A Healthy Diet
Eat foods that are rich in nutrients, make sure you add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet because one of the most significant cause of hair loss is poor nutrition. People who lack vitamin B6 usually lose their hair and people who are deficient in folic acid often turn bald! Hair normally grows after taking lots of vitamins.
3) Exercise
Exercising does not do a thing to grow your hair (then why on earth should you exercise?) Exercises will help you improve blood flow and do all the things that would aid the health of your hair follicles. A healthy hair follicle will give you a healthy and full head of hair, get the logic?
4) Medical Treatment
If you can afford it, you can undergo hair transplant surgery. Before you think of undergoing hair transplant, be sure that the company is a reputable one. Hair transplants are performed by taking tiny “plugs” of hair from your scalp (where there is still hair growth), which is often the nape of the neck. This surgical procedure usually requires multiple sessions and the results are often natural looking and permanent (that is, if it is done properly).
5) Herbal Remedies
Herbs are often used in the treatment of hair loss and many people are turning to them in order to treat their hair loss problems. |
