My hair is real long, goes down to my butt, it is thick and curly, I usually just straighten it, crunch it up or put it up high in a pony tail. Any ideas of what else I can do? my arms get so tired trying to do fancy styles =/

I think you need to moisturize and straighten it

Hi MrsWolf,

I think you should make your hair straight, because it will look great on you and you can just keep your hair loose without tying. Just keep it straight and nake it loose. It will feel great

MrsWolf, you braid your hair, or you can put it in ponytail and then braid as well. I personally don't like straighten method (too harsh on your hair), maybe you can have a hair dresser trim your hair so it less thick and you'll have more control over the volume of your hair. Moisturize your hair is a good idea. wish you all the luck with you hair. I wish my hair is as long and thick as yours - i have long hair, but it very thin so i need cut the tips every other month to have it grow healthy and thick.

If you have long and curly and you don't like them then first you should cut your hairs and then go for straightened your hairs. I think you would love your hairs.

Hi,

I am going to prom soon, and need to schedule for a hairdo. I got behind and now my local small town salon is booked. I am currently arguing with my mother how long it takes to style hair (for scheduling purposes). I have long hair (several inches past shoulder length) and due to it's thickness my hair is notoriously hard to style. About how long would it take to prepare my hair for prom?

It is best for you to make your hair straighten and style it with half updo.

Dying hair a lighter blonde and it turned out blue!? How to fix it?

Only a guy can catch this, like me. Right. Her name is MrsWolf! That means she has someone else on the side lines watching. You can say... straighten, cut, layer... but, you have a guy on side lines. The biggest question is...what does he think? If I was Mr Wolf, I would go up to her, and already know every possible thing about her hair, even the fragrance of her conditioner, since I decided to be her personal home hairdresser... meaning the grudge work... like shampooing and conditioning, I would probably have a say on this issue.

Now if the real Mr Wolf is watching football and Wrs Wolf wants to discuss her hair options because he got tired of washing and conditioning this ladies hair and now she is all alone and a long mane of hair to take care of... That's it! The tables have turned! If I were her I'd find the best length for taking care of it, the right cut..layered, because you can run a comb through it and still have that length... swaying bangs to have fun with...

If he does like it... to bad! He should have gotten off the couch and was ready for that glorious water fight...

Ladies, I don't know this one for Hairstyle. First, I would do anything possible to make sure your hair is stripped. A long time ago when I worked in a hospital, I gave samples of prelll to patients. I told the women, be careful with it, because it strips your hair like detergent.

Something turned your hair blue. So, to turn it back, nothing can be in your hair. I mean dish washing liquid... anything so your hair is squeaky clean and dry. Now, by the color, the blond color you want.

Now, this is just me... but, I would think darker colors would hide it even more... like go for more chestnut or caramel color for fun... guys love that color. Guys 101. They see blonde= easy. They see caramel color= they think of food. Darker+ chocolate... do you get my meaning... I'm a guy and I see see beautiful smelling caramel color hair, I want to eat it... and other things, like smelling it some more. You look over and you see this guys face in front of yours and turn back and move back... so fun...

Then, you can always go back to the blonde color... unless you like guys hunting you as if you are a meal. Which means, you are also hunting them. Who's hunting who?

Blue on blonde... go a little darker for now

I think you have to cut your hair little because it is very hard to take care of it. I already have the same problem
