On any given day, my calendar is jam-packed with office meetings, media appearances, photo shoots, and plans with my family. It's a schedule that could make even the most serene person a little stressed out. But this is what I've learned that helps me get through those hectic days:

Beware of Beauty Illusions
So much of what we see in the media makes us feel bad about ourselves because we don't have the perfect face, body, or hair. And the truth is, these are impossible standards to live by.
In fact, what you see in magazines doesn't always portray reality. An entire team of hair and makeup artists, art directors, photographers (and later, photo retouchers) work hard to create a beautiful illusion.
