[excerpt] The survey shows that nearly three-fourths of Americans are satisfied with their overall health, but only about half are satisfied with their body weight.
Researchers also found that almost half of all Americans say they're living a healthier lifestyle than they did five years ago.
But when it comes down to the specifics of living a healthier life, the survey shows there's a gap between what people know and what they do.
Seven in 10 Americans say they believe making small healthy changes can lead to big benefits later on. But fewer than half are incorporating those changes into their own lives. For example, less than half regularly take the stairs whenever possible, and less than a third regularly park their car further away from their destination to walk more.
For those that were able to incorporate healthy changes, the most frequently cited include:
* Eating healthier food (77 percent)
* Drinking water (74 percent)
