    "If people want to practice a healthy lifestyle, they must pay attention to three things -- sport, sufficient rest and healthy food," Jeffry said.

    From his observation and some reports, Jeffry concluded that many Indonesians do not practice sports optimally nor have a consistent supply of healthy food.

    "Well, they may have enough sleep, though," he said.

    Those who do not get enough sleep will usually get stressed. Stress, he said, could be avoided by doing sports or physical exercise.

    "What kind of sport should we do, and for how long?" he asked.

    The key to fruitful sport is not just self-discipline but regular practice with the help of an instructor. The presence of an instructor, he said, is important because he or she will demonstrate the right movement or exercises to avoid incorrect body motion.

    "To take regular exercise, people should go to a fitness center where there is a wide range of equipment, Jeffry said.

    By taking regular exercise, he said, people will gain two benefits: a better posture and good stamina.

    In addition, Nani Djaja was concerned about complaints from some customers that they would quickly feel exhausted when taking exercise.

    "We need food supplements to improve our stamina. Besides, food supplements not only boost our health; they also maintain the softness of our skin and keep our hair healthy," she said.

    A 50-something woman, who probably wanted a body as slim as Aline's, posed a question as soon as Jeffry and Nani had concluded their presentation.
