I have hair like that but a tiny bit longer and was tempted to get a fringe to liven it up but I am unsure that it would look ok because of my face shape, then again this look has been around forever so its not so extreme that you cant just about pull it off until you can grow your fringe out.

Personally, I think it looks awesome; granted it probably would look better if it had a more dried look to it, and not an extreme shade of green, especially with it placed where it is. I don't know, but I see possibility in the cut.

i've had mine very similar. just dye all your hair a rich medium brown, and a week later put in blond highlights, as thick or thin as you want. after you rinse the bleach out but before you condition your hair, put a "punky colors" red dye over all your hair. i had to redo red every 3 weeks
