Hello to everybody

I dont know if I am allow to be here but I really wood need some advice from you girls. I looking for a hairstyle that will suite me and for the past 3 years I was changing it a lot of times. now I have a long hair as you can see on picture and I dont know what to do. please give some advice, I am from ukraine and here all the hair stylers are just ....... I really need your advice.
