Hi everyone, I thinking of having my hair cut short but don't know which hairstyle I should go with, maybe bob hairstyle with bangs and some layers. Saw many great short hairstyle pictures on website's hairstyle picture gallery but just don't know which one I know the most, can't make up my mind - Any suggestions?

I have a short neck due to a congenital neck problem. Very self conscious my whole life. I currently have a short cut ears cut out short shag in back. I am 5'2" medium build. I really want a make over and now my son is getting married next year and I am sad I don't know if I should try longer, shoulder length or not sure. Constantly search on sites for short neck hair styles and am frustrated. My hair dresser is good but no recommendations. Anyone have any ideas.
I think short hairstyle with layers would suit on you. Also you can choose pixie or chin length bob with layers and bangs.
well recently take hair cut and my beautician gave me advice of layers hair cut. And it really suits me. My face shape is oval.
I would go with a shoulder length hair cut, undercut to your collar bone. Since your neck is short, this allows the hair to fall past the neck line and hopefully curl around the shoulder blades. This would sway the eyes from the neck and bring up the eyes to the face.
Thus the face. The perfect face is oval. All hairstyles should compliment an oval illusion. That's right... illusion. No one has the perfect face..even models, but the stylists job, especially around the face is to create that effect. Be careful of straight across bangs... they go with ovals... but if your face is not oval... long bangs around the face...curled down passed the chin or even down to the shoulder blades would be good. Don't go too long over all, since being short in stature only emphasizes long hair in a big world. Hope this helps...
