I would go with a shoulder length hair cut, undercut to your collar bone. Since your
neck is short, this allows the hair to fall past the neck line and hopefully curl
around the shoulder blades. This would sway the eyes from the neck and bring up the
eyes to the face.
Thus the face. The perfect face is oval. All hairstyles should compliment an oval
illusion. That's right... illusion. No one has the perfect face..even models, but
the stylists job, especially around the face is to create that effect. Be careful of
straight across bangs... they go with ovals... but if your face is not oval... long
bangs around the face...curled down passed the chin or even down to the shoulder
blades would be good. Don't go too long over all, since being short in stature only
emphasizes long hair in a big world. Hope this helps...
