Looks Are Important for Job Seekers: Study
With growing competition in the job market, more importance is being placed on the neat appearance of job applicants.
Job consulting firm Scout conducted a survey of 243 personnel officials at companies planning to hire in the latter half of the year. According to the poll conducted from Sept. 16 to 25, 66.7 percent of respondents believe that how job seekers look can affect the result of their application, up 26.5 percent from two years earlier.
